**Shipping Promotions**
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100.
**Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
**Delivery Time**
Delivery times vary based on the customer's location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- **Standard Shipping**: 5-7 business days
- **Express Shipping**: 2-3 business days
- **Overnight Shipping**: 1 business day
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Research Vintage only offers standard shipping unless the placed order is being returned or unexpected delays cause an inconvenience to the customer. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
**Shipping Restrictions**
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some products may have additional shipping restrictions.
**Order Tracking**
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier’s website.
**Shipping Carriers**
We use the following carrier to deliver our orders:

**International Shipping**
We currently do not offer international shipping.
**Lost or Damaged Items**
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at researchla.vtg@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may send a replacement or issue a refund.
**Incorrect Addresses**
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship orders.
**Return to Sender Packages**
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges are not invoked.
